Ripped off by ex-Ebayer *UPDATE David Mozingo has stolen money from a lot of people
Received email from someone responding from my ad to purchase sportscards. He offered me a collection, I sent the money, then he sent a bunch of worthless cards that were worth 10% of what was promised. Now he will not respond to email. I do not know what I should do to recover my $$.

David Mozingo has stolen a lot of money from a lot of people on ebay and thru other sources..I know of one buisness in Lexington, S.C. that had to file bankruptcy over this man..There have been a least 20 people i know who were in court last week when he pled quilty in federal court and was sentenced to 41 months in prison..The US Attorney is trying to find as many victims as possible for another case that they are building against him. This is the first time i have seen this many police agencies involved in one case including the fbi, secret service and the postal inspector. If we can be of any service to anyone..
