Ripped off by "Fine Wine Line" / Kathleen Bonner
I worked hourly for a Scottsdale based company by the name of "The Fine Wine Line". I was hired by Kathleen Bonner,DBA "The Fine Wine Line" to complete several jobs which were done either incorrectly or left unfinished by the previous installers, for what reason I'm unsure?). Upon completion of several jobs I submitted my invoices to Kathleen Bonner for payment over a month ago and to this date have not been paid.
This is probably a common practice for this business and should be further investigated so it won't happen to others in the future. Also evident to me are business practices that are both illegal and deceitful to the purchasers of services/products by "The Fine Wine Line". Items that should be disclosed to the purchasers are not given allowing for improper operation of equipment.
I have also included the invoices submitted to "The Fine Wine Line" in a separate e-mail. I do have plenty of proof that this is true and factual and further information to make purchasers of wine closets/cellars aware of non-disclosure items that could be costly and possibly even destroy their expensive wine collections. If you are in need of anything to help your investigation into this matter, and help to expedite the situation please feel free to contact me at any time. If you or anyone you know is thinking of purchasing a wine cellar/closet I would look for another company who is professional and cares about their clients and employees!
Thank you for any help due to my current financial situation caused by this Rip-Off by "The Fine Wine Line". People like this should in no way be in business let alone have a license for doing business.
Sincerely,
Rick Underwood
