Ripped off by Sprint PCS Needs more Educated CS

Earlier this month I had an unexpected expense and wasnt able to pay my bill until 2 weeks after the due date. And as a employee at a finanical company, I called them out of consideration to tell them this.

I got this guy on the phone,and I explained to him that I had an unfortante expense but I was planning on paying it in 2 weeks by using a check by phone.

I asked if this was ok. He replied yes, I asked if it will go to collections,he said no ,then I asked if I will recieve a late charge,he again replied no. Well I did as I promised and did a check by phone and even paid the next dollar amount since there was some change.

A couple weeks later I get a notice saying I recieved a late charge!!!!!!!! And I refuse to call them because I dont have the time nor patience to be placed on hold for an hour to be told the guy was wrong

Well thats not the only thing. Reviewing my bill I see a call to Canada. I dont know anyone in Canada. The charge was only a dollar but still.I didnt make the call.

I called and I got this very polite and understanding man on the phone,then.......he transfered me to the department I needed to speak to..UT uh! I get this very s****.> Carly
