Ripped off by the MCI Worldcom Scam
I think worldcom needs to get out of the cell phone business all together. I work for them and (collections) and they rip people off all the time, the billing is a mess,the telemarketeres send phones to people that never wanted them, payments get misapplied to accounts, and not applied to others. This is the worst company I have EVER worked for. Needless to say,I'm looking for another job..The best thing I can tell everyone is to file a class action lawsuit..just last year they paid out $88 million for the same stuff...
