Ripped off by UBids defective merchandise - 6 Months and Counting!

I've been waiting for 6 months to get my money back on defective merchandise!! At first Ubid would not acknowledge my emails, finally they sent me an rma# and I shipped the merchandise back to them. It has been roughly 5 months since I returned the merchandise and still my credit card has not been credited the $700.00. I need to close out that credit card, the only thing holding up the process is ubid. I've recieved 2 responses from ubid and they both claim to be "updating their systems" as an excuse. I don't know what to do. I NEED my money back!
