I ordered pet supplies prior on Dec 15, 2001 to be delivered by Christmas. I received partial order three days after Christmas with items missing already being charged to my account. I called their customer service number 1-800-562-7169 and spoke to a clerk who would not identify herself and requested that I be given a credit for the missing items. I was assured this would be done, but when I asked for a confirmation number, I was told none was available. When I asked for an identifing number or
extension for the person I spoke with for my records, I was told none was available. I requested a supervisor who assured me the credit would be given, and she gave her name as "Chris" at extension #360. Today, January 9, 2002, I received the missing item by mail, and my account was charged again for the merchandise and freight.

To sum it all up:
I have received no credit
I have been charged twice for the merchandise and the freight.
I received merchandise after canceling that I have already purchased elsewhere, and cannot even get through to "Chris" to return these unwanted and twice paid items.
I was told she was too busy with other "problem accounts".

please help....they now owe me $39.96 and I'm afraid if I don't get some help with this I will continue to be charged repeatedly for items I don't want and did not request.
