Ripped off wages by last employer
I was a truck driver for J&W Services. They did not pay me for the last trip.This is a small (3 trucks) company and they do not know how to run a trucking co.
Last trip was to Ennis Tx. Starting mi.--386831 ending mi--388991 for a total of 2161 miles. @ .30 per mi. 2 drops @ $10.00 each. I also paid out of my own $43.00 in fuel as thery did not give me enough $ to get back.
I stoped @ Rollins in ElPaso Tx to fuel. They checked all fluid levals. They said I let it get low on water. NO way from ElPaso Tx to Phoenix could it be low on water unless there was a leak. This is a rented truck from Rollins. they have to take care of it.
I have taken them to small clames court.They countered filed on me for I think it was 1300$$. I had hit a past and bent the step on drivers side. It was not on purpus. Ginger had already hit it befor.They have insurance for that. It is not up to me top pay for that. If I had done it for a reason that would be differant.
