Complaint Review: Rise Above Steel Co.

Rise Above Steel Co. 5778 FM 933, Whitney, TX 76692, 254-694-4762, run by Rowdy Johnson-254-266-4650 just wrote my Veteran owned business a bad check in the amount of $1190 for tires, he basically stole $1200 from me with the bank NSF fee! Rowdy Johnson told me over the phone before he sent one of his employees here with a check, that the check is 100% good and that they were a big steel building business in Texas. Rowdy said, quote- "I guarantee it". I told him we don't normally take checks but if he was a man of his word, I'd take the check. Since learning the check was NSF I have contacted him and his office staff several times about correcting this and got nothing but a run around stories about his wife will pay with a Visa tomorrow, to 1 week of text messages from Rowdy stating I'll send you a bank wire tomorrow! It's very sad that Rowdy Johnson has to steal from another's business to run what is obviously a business run on a shoe string. Rowdy Johnson is a belligerent, loud mouthed, swearing cheat! Beware of getting cheated and stole from when dealing with Rise Above Steel and Rowdy Johnson.
