I ordered a new garage door and was told I had to pay upfront cause it was a special order door. Cody came to my house and I paid him 1500.00 in cash, that was March 29, 2020. I was told my installation date was May 13th. Well no one showed  up.

I contacted Cody and he told me he had to quarantine for 14 days even said he would give me 200.00 back. My next installation date was June 13th and of course no one showed up. Now Cody won't answer/return my calls or texts.

 Services were not provided to Mrs. Lynn due to unforeseen circumstances. An email has been sent to the customer. Rise Up Garage Door is issuing a full refund of $1,500 dollars that was paid to the company via cash. Rise Up Garage Door is also including a $100 Visa gift card as an apology. We are sorry and not how we do business.
