Risk Management Partners ripoff Irving Texas
I am also a victum of this bogus company. I have over 14,000.00 with this company and yet to recieve any sort of debt relief. I have demanded that I recieve a refund check from this so called company.
I have not been able to get into contact with any single person at Risk Management Partners. I am on the verge of being sued by a creditor because of the lack of cooperation by RMP. Actually there has been no cooperation. Because there is no way to reach them on the phone.
I left message after message. E-mail after e-mail with no response. I contacted the BBB in Dallas,TX and they too are not able to get in touch with anyone at this so called company.
If there is any way that I find out who these people are, I will post it on this page. This has to be handled. These people have to be brought to justice. And I will do everything in my power to see that that happens.

I, too, was taken advantage of by these theives. I also live in Los Angeles and wanted to tell you to file a complaint with the California Department of Corporations (http://www.corp.ca.gov/). I previously filed a complaint with my local senator and they told me that the dept of Corporations deals with these types of issues. I think we need to find out if this company was even licensed at all to do debt settlement/management in this state. Let's do everything we can to get our hard-earned and saved monies that we trusted them with back!.
