Complaint Review: Risk Management Planning Group

I filed an insurance claim for a business theft in July 2006. The insurance company has done absolutely nothing!!!!! I faxed & emailed everything that they asked for! NOW, 4.5 months later, I have had to hire an attorney to recoup my money.

This insurance company (RMPG) is now claiming that they never received anything from me! Grrr. I only faxed the d**n information about 5 times & emailed it at least twice. What are insurance policies for? "Gee, I thought that they were to cover an individual &/or business for theft & loss of business interruption!!!!!"

4 - 6 months is very irresponsible & unacceptible, period! Not only that, if info was missing or the fax/email didn't go through promptly (that they expected to receive), why didn't the rep call ASAP to let me know? Why did the rep wait for me to email him (in which I got no response from, until I hired an attorney). I feel that this company NEVER intended on ever paying my insurance claim!!!!!!!!!
