Complaint Review: Risque Kitty

There is a diplomatic, backhanded eloquence to your reply. There is no truth in it. It's amazing you will go through a website rather than contact me directly. I have no idea who this person is who gave me a reply. I have the proof for most of what I'm saying. First off, if you were sorry, you would have gotten back to my original complaint, or done anything promised, or tried to make any of it right. You can say it's reputable if you like, but I'll leave that up to the eye of the beholder. 

You 100% promised me 3 times that I would be getting 3 of the 8 girls I picked out (I picked out more than 5), so again you are lying. I wish I recorded the phone calls. 

As far as guarantees go and FAQ's, this is all again a patronizing fail safe for people like me who won't shut up about how shady things got. You can FAQ it all you want. The last time I called Steve he was confused why I'm trying to confirm which girls were coming saying "it's not my department". He told me unequivocally that we'd be getting 3 of the girls on the list. He even read their names off to me to confirm. So you are at the very least talking out of both sides of your mouth. What we commonly refer to as lying. 

As far as the l*****n action and toys, if what we asked is borderline illegal, then your company should be shut down, or you should serve me with a warning or something. We asked the girls to kiss each other. in no state is that illegal. We asked them if they brought a toy. Tell me how that is illegal? AGAIN, Steve confirmed they would do this. I even told him to re-prioritize the list of strippers based on which women would actually be "game" to do this (I have documentation for this).

Regarding the money, you bait and switched me. You were going to charge $125 per girl, per hour. Then 2 days before the event Steve said he had to "add $100 onto the original price and that you were sorry". This was an amount I've never heard of. I don't know what discount you're referring to because you added $100 onto whatever price you thought you were charging me. If all I wanted were the girls to kiss each other and bring toys, you hire bad salesmen or customer service reps because you offered no other options to do this. You just went along saying it would happen. Again you are lying about the pricing and about what was confirmed. 

We paid $800 just to have them stay "naked", not for anything else at all. We were willing to pay whatever they requested to kiss each other or do anything else. Again, they said NO ONE TOLD THEM THEY WERE GOING TO BE ASKED TO DO THIS. No requests got past the private room I spoke to them in before the event. So again, either your lying or bad at your job. 

If you can guarantee we wouldn't have paid $800 for them to stay if they were unattractive, you've never been to a bachelor party or don't know what men are like. What we did was "make the best out of it" based on all the lies I was told leading up to the party. So you're suggesting you'd guarantee I stop the party cold and tell the women to get out, thus ruining the event and getting all the guys agitated? We had to accept the hand we were dealt regardless of the circumstances because there was no way we could fix the situation. And, there was no one else at that hour we could call to replace them. 

Again, you're apologizing for something your company purposefully avoided either explaining to me, or telling me "no" on before hand. This all could have been avoided with honesty. How simple is it to have someone call me before they show up??? All 3 were in front before I got any calls. And I was again guaranteed someone would call me before hand to confirm what strippers were coming, and again, no one called me. I could have re-confirmed the request, but at least your company's consistent. You just kept the lie going and let me stir in it. Surely if someone was showing up to a job they'd want to do a good job, regardless if it's reputable or not. If your line of work is reputable, wouldn't you have tried to do your job better instead of hiding behind uncommunicated technicalities? 

Yes, you charged my card after I gave you the card # the day before the event. I can document this to confirm with my bank statement. Again, if 48hrs beforehand is your policy, it's yet another thing that either was lied about or just not done correctly. 

Send me a link to your positive reviews. In fact, if you care about customer service so much, CALL ME and I'll delete all the social media stuff. But you won't, because you're not reputable. If 130 parties is too much to "schedule" as you've reminded me you only take requests and farm out the parties to a sub-company at the local level, I recommend you schedule less of them. 

Again, saying "we're sorry if you feel that way" is backhanded and patronizing. YES i feel this way, I just confirmed it in writing before. Saying you're sorry if, is doing nothing to rectify the situation. It's just posturing and patronizing. If anything had been done, I mean anything, we wouldn't be at this point. You think I get a kick going on ripoff report and complaining here? I did because no one was getting back to me. 

Again, in a private room, I personally asked the strippers who should up what we wanted to see at this party. Kissing each other and toys. They declined it in the beginning. And not one thing was asked of them that was outside of the list they read off at the beginning of the party. You are lying. I paid for a presidential suite in a hotel and all the night's events, and 13 men were in the room for one night. People from different states, and different times of the bachelor's life.This event and opportunity could never be replicated. And you're suggesting we say "no, please leave"? You obviously are not a man if you don't recognize that sending the girls away would have ruined this night all together, as it's the focal point of the bachelor party. That and WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET ANY OTHER WOMEN FOR THAT ONE WINDOW OF TIME WE HAD FOR ENTERTAINMENT. We made the best out of it, don't get that twisted with preferring the circumstances we were dealt.

So because this isn't Steve, whoever you are, you can still rectify this situation. 

I have reviewed your complaint on here and would like to give you some feedback. We are extremely sorry that you felt ripped off and dissatisfied. This profession although you claim is not “reputable” we, as an agency, and all of our dancers take it very seriously as any other job. Our number one priority and our guarantee is that our agency will provide hot entertainers for your party.

  In your first point you said that we have fake dancers and that they will not show up. Yes, we do ask you to give us your top 5. As stated on our website and as stated to you, we offer the shows to the girls that you request. We do not make them go to your party all we can do is inform them that they were requested and if they would like to take that. In this case, you chose girls that were unable to work on a Wednesday night, as most of them; they have regular jobs, professions or school the next morning.

 On our FAQ page we have the following posted. Substitution Policy – We will make every effort possible to provide you with the entertainers that you have requested. However, in the event of an emergency, we reserve the right to substitute the entertainer you have requested with someone comparable. Please keep in mind it is impossible to guarantee all selections of performers by potential clients due to availability and scheduling and routing. We do not guarantee that any particular performer will be available for any one event. We try our best but the function of this company is to provide entertainment by an exotic dancer.

Your second third and fourth points were that the girls were supposed to bring toys and be affectionate with each other and that you paid them in excess of $1000. I can answer this with 2 separate points. First and foremost you ordered the basic show. The basic show is the lowest level of the party. We say that pays for the girls to get dressed drive to your location and get naked all over the guest of honor. Your original total was $450 for the 3 girls. In fact we even gave you a discount on the third girls and didn’t charge you the original billing for that which should have been $525. We are also not an escort service and we do not tell either you or guarantee you that the girls will bring toys or be affectionate with each other, we have to be very clear on this, your idea of “affectionate and toys” may be a lot different of what the show is about. The girls informed us that your requests were borderline illegal, if this is the case, you are right, we are not the “type of services” you were looking for.

The price we charged you was a total of $450 we never did ask or demand that you give the girls that type of money. But I do have to ask, If they were so unattractive as you say, then why on earth would you give 3 unattractive women $1000 just to “stay”. If this were true I can assure you that you wouldn’t have paid them that type of money.

The fifth and sixth point brought up was that the girls were sitting in the lobby as you came back and that you didn’t know who was actually coming until the girls arrived. You said you told Steve to have the girls call you so you can bring them up. Please keep in mind that we can only inform the dancers to do this. All dancers are independent contractors and our job is to book their shows, make sure everything is confirmed for you, the customer and send them the party information and customers’ requests, we cannot make them do it and we were not there to make sure this was followed through, we apologize on their behalf if the forgot to do it.

Your final points seven and eight were that you had to call Steve and remind him to charge your credit card. We have a system to charging your credit card 48 hours prior to your event; we do that with all parties and it is the company’s policy.

We process over 130 parties each week, unfortunately we cannot make everybody happy, we do receive calls from customers thanking us for an amazing show, wish they had an open forum for positive comments, this would really reflect the percentage of good vs bad reviews.

Your final comment reflects that we ignored your calls and your emails. We are again sorry that you feel that way and perhaps we need to do a better job in this area however we did accept your calls and we did try to work out the best solution with you.  If you were not satisfied with our services you had the option of not accepting the girls at arrival, and we are a little surprised about this review as the girls mentioned you guys were having a great time until the requests got out of hand and the dancers had to decline. We will continue to do our best to be the number one agency in the USA, and listening to customers concerns is our number one priority.
