Rita, The apartment was a smokeing place,the landlord new they smoked,the spot was not yours they put stones in a spot closer to the house,they smoked out side and if it bothered you to bad,so you moved to texas one less jerk in the state of new york,you just thought you were a special person you were a real jerk,this is true i know it for a fact so your story is bull,get a life if you can,

John, the person who complained about me being a rotten neighbor, has left out quite a bit of information.
He and his woman moved in after I had been there more than a year. They stole my parking spot, and continually smoked in a non-smoking apartment, stinking up the place. I am extremely allergic to cigarett smoke. It was a nice place to live until they moved in, making THEM the rotten neighbors!
I had every right to complain, as they violated previous agreements to my lease.
I have been very successful and happy in Texas, thank-you very much!
