Complaint Review: Rita's Unique Boutique

Rita's Unique Boutique Shipped late and not what I ordered Murfreesboro Tennessee

Purchased something from them on July 18th. Online site says ships in 5 to 7 business days. On the 8th day I had no shipping information. I contacted them via their chat. After several communications and being told regularly the item shipped, I could not obtain tracking info.

Several days later, I get a text from Shein saying my order needs me to confirm it so it can be shipped. It had just been ordered from Shein "on my behalf" on 8/1 This was now a whole 10 days after I ordered it. It wasn't even ordered for me until long after it should have been shipped.

When the delivery comes on 8/10, it's not even correct per the order. Its the wrong color and clearly not what I ordered per my order details at Ritas's. 

"Rita" doesn't care. Said there are no returns or exchanges really ever because they are at her discretion. I should just resell it like she does.
