We use AHS home warranty. On two of the three times we needed the plumbing, they selected Rite-Away.
During August of 2011, they had a simple fix - fix the ptrap under the master bathroom sink. Here we are, not even two weeks later, the same problem - it's leaking again.
When we called in to request that they send a plumber back out to fix their work, they tried to push us back off to our home warranty company.
If you have an alternative plumbing company to use, take the alternative.
I'm disappointed at their initial quality of work. I'm seriously upset at their attitude and lack of willingness to fix their bad work.
