Rite Aid Drugs Rip-off! Unprofessional! I have NEVER gotten a prescription filled in LESS THEN 24 Hours from dated submitted. Susanville California
This is like "The only Crooked Poker Game in Town", in as much as there are only Wally World and these guys. I have been forced to use them for sometime now and I have NEVER gotten a prescription filled in LESS THEN 24 Hours from dated submitted. I have had to wait for up to 7 days and have had prescriptions called in/emailed/faxed and hand delivered from the doctors office without Rite Aid being able to do something as simple as taking down a full bottle that was prescribed, and handing it to my for sale.
I have talked to them, swore at them and now have contacted their District Area Manager, in Redding, CA about them. They are just a rip-off company that's in receivership and doesn't care. They use the excuses of not having enough people, but never hire any more.
Would love to see legal action taken against them and, I in fact am attempting to start some at present. Any other people that have complaints about Rite Aid and their Drug Stores, please contact me via this board.

To whom it may concern I was in that store on a Sunday morning in April of 2004. I'm not sure what this gentleman is talking about I dropped off a script explained to them my situation and just how sick my daughter was. The pharmacist took my script gave it to the technician and within five minutes I was done and on my way. I would like to give a big THANKS for the staff at the Susanville Rite Aid Pharmacy they went above and beyond. Keep up the good work!! Did I mention that I was traveling. Good job!
