My daughter just moved to Silver Springs, Maryland from Texas to attend law school. She went to the Doctor Sept. 22, 2009 and he gave her 2 different prescriptions to be filled, he told her to go to two different pharmacy to get her prescriptions filled to save her money.  She drives to the Rite Aid and gives them her prescription to be filled. She ask the store manager if it would be alright to leave her car while she walks to the other pharmacy to drop the other prescription off.  He says yes. She walks out to her car and sees the tow driver. She walks up to him and tells him what she is doing.  He smiles at her.  She walks to the other pharmacy and drops that prescription off and comes back to the Rite Aid and pays for her prescription goes to her car and it has been towed off.  She is there all alone has no ideal what she had done wrong.  Keys, purse, computer all in her car.

She goes back into the store and the manager says they don't manage the property he gives her a ladies name of Jackie and phone number and said she would help her. The store manager can not believe they did this to her.  He gives her the name of the wrecker service.  Henry wrecking service in Silver Spring.

I talked to a man named Preston at the wrecker service and told him the story.  He said she left the property and she was in the wrong.  We argued and he said they would not do anything for us.  Knowing she talked to Rite Aid before she left and walked up to the Tow driver and talked to them.

I call Jackie the manager of the property and she said that my daughter was all in the wrong. She said the sign says 2 hour parking with no walk offs. I explained she was still a customer there and she ask permission from two different people what more could she have done.  She really thought everything was alright. She still stated she was in all the wrong and she would not do anything for us.

The Tow driver would have not of even known that was her car if she wouldn't have walked up to him.  He smiled at her so she thought everything was fine all along he was going to tow her car for his commission.  He could of told her if you leave I will tow your car.  He set her up.

I feel this is morally wrong. I feel she is owed an apology. I feel they should give her money back and this should never happen again.
