Complaint Review: Rite Care Pharmacy

After ordering a homeopathic flu remedy and not getting it, I emailed regarding the problem. Not one of 5 emails were responded to. I called, was on hold for 20 minutes and finally got a woman with an accent. She said the product would be mailed. It wasn't. I called again and was told they weren't able to get the product any longer. I asked for my credit card to be credited. They assured me it would be. It wasn't. I called again. Was told it might take a few days. I told them it had been two weeks. They didn't have a clue of what to do, and didn't care. Still no product. No credit.
