Rite Loan Company Rite Loan Made Statements and Guarantees they had no intention of keeping Irving California
Rite Loan stated I was approved for loan modification.Additionally, stated that if an offer was not forth coming they would refund my fee of $3000.00.
My modification request was denied by the Mortgage Lender and now when I attempt to talk to the individual I have been dealing with, to request my refund I'm told he is not available, and has been promoted.
Rite Loan will tell you anything to get their fee and string you along even when its clear, that they, in fact, don't do anything except provide forms and
forward them to the Mortgage company.
They claim to have attorneys working for you when in fact the only attorneys involved drew up contracts to protect them from disatisfied customers.
What they are doing may not be illegal however their practices are deceptive and unethical.
Stay away from this company!!!
