riteway auto transport of coral gables florida for which i and them agreed on a price to transport a classic car to ohio. when the time came to have the car picked up they said that it would be more money than the contract stated. i had received invoices on my computer for the shipment with the price we agree upon but they stated that their contract said that the price was not garanteed. and the would not owner the contract. i had given them a credit card as a down payment and they stated that it would not be charged until shipment was confirmed. i canceled the contract and the next day they took out the down payment and a extra $20.00 be side. i called them and they stated it was a mistake and would take care to refund and as of 7 days after my call to them i still do not have a refund.
be advised that this company which is a auto transport broker is not very onest and runs a scam. if you go on the internet their are more stories about riteway auto transport and their scaming ways
as i said be careful and don't use them.
