Tom Gilmor is operating a vac store and telemarketing under false pretenses. He has not telephone solicitor license or a certification of telemarketing . He is not registered in the State of Idaho for any type of business sales. He sold me a FilterQueen for 2500.00 and told me it was new and under all kinds of warranties and I found out that it was not new and has NO WARRANTY! This guy is not allowed to operate like this. I found the original owner due to the machine stopped working and now I am stuck. I have filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company. But seriously I know he is on the prey for others. So beware he is not even authorized to sell FilterQueen machines. He goes on Ebay and Craigslist and buys used machines and sells them as new!!! I am sure he also has many stolen systems from Distributors in the area he use to work for. BEWARE of Tom Gilmor I have spoken to the manufacture themselves and they are in the process and have notified the proper authorities regarding his fake Distributorship. He is not an authorized dealer or Distributor. He is a scam artist!! Here is another phone# he uses 208-640-1630 as well as 208-209-5989. So if any of you get calls from him call the Attorney General immediately!! I can assure you there will be NO WARRANTY on your system!! Thank God the FilterQueen Distributor I found that was legal is helping me but not without some expense to me. They have been a huge help so all of you beware make sure that what you are buying is new and has the Genuine FilterQueen Warranty!!!
Do not purchase anything from Century Distributing or River City Air. I went to this office and there is a small desk but noone is ever there and they will not answer the phone if you leave a message they may call you back that is if you havent been RIPPED OFF by them!!! If they think they can sell you a system they will call you back!! BEWARE!!! So if you hear the name Tom Gilmor or River City Air turn the other way and call the Attorney General!!!

I was also taken by Tom Gilmor. I purchased two Pure Star Air Cleaners from this man. I was charged $650.00 and never received the Air Cleaners but I found out that these air cleaners produce OZONE which can be deadly for people with Asthma. That is the reason I purchased these because he said that these would improve our air so I would not have so many flair ups. I tried to cancel my purchase in the three day period but when I mailed the cancelation agreement they refused to accept the mailing. I sent it to their address and it was a signature needed but they just refused. Please if this man makes contact with you hang up. He also sends scratch tickets through the paper. These are how you make original contact. These cards promise a free gift. I would really like to know who won the ten thousand dollars!!!!! I got a cheap MP3 Player. He got my $650.00 dollars. My credit card company is going after him because there has been no attempt for them to send me my Air Cleaners!!

I am a customer of this Individual during this period of the customer's 'complaint' - I don not know why they would be so upset with 'Tom' - I purchased equipment from him - or River City Air / Century Distributing in August '09 - I have received my additional attachments that were Promised to me - He has totally held up his end of the bargain and we are very satisfied customers. Over the Next 90 days - We gave him several Customers to go visit and he set up appointments with them individually. He Went to them - some purchased equipment - some did not - but they are all my Friends and Family - I have spoken with them all as well - Tom did a Fantastic job for them too... The people that bought are VERY satisfied with their equipment bought - they have also contact the Factory - everything is A-ok with Tom Selling it... the warranties were all in-force - everything. I don't know what this customer could possibly be talking about. After the referrals were completed - Tom Also personally delivered our Free Gift for him doing the Referrals and thanked us once more. He contacts us every couple-fre months to check on us - has always made sure things were as they should be... I just have a hard time seeing garbage things that AREN'T TRUE being posted about this man... He could NOT have done any better for me and my relatives - we are indebted to him for introducing such a wonderful Vacuum system and Air Cleaners to us...otherwise we'd never know they existed.... Thanks Tom & River city Air - Our Doors are always Open to you! We'll keep referring people also. - Agnes
