River City Renaissance Homeless people sleep in the hallways, but they won't add locks Richmond , Virginia
These folks lack a basic regard for what it takes to make tenants secure. Many times we've seen homeless people sleeping in the hallway, but River City won't add locks on the front doors simple problem, simple solution... And nothing. They commonly will visit apartments without notice, terrifying their residents. Please don't rent from these folks.
