Complaint Review: River edge pomeranians

Sandra assured me the puppy was in good health. HER AND HER DAUGHTER, lied to me and sold me a dog they knew was sick so they would not loose money for the dog. I was so happy to be purchasing a puppy for my family I didn't notice the red flags and I have never purchased a puppy before . Lesson learned hopefully no one else will have to learn the hard way and fall victim to these thieves. They had me meet them at a store (first red flag) then told me the dog had a Lil diarrhea because she had gotten into her mom's adult food,(red flag 2) then she gave me the puppy at 7 weeks my vet said she needed to wait 8.(red flag 3) she lied on the dog portfolio about shots stating she gave shots to dog on the 11th of april however I bought the dog on the 8th of april all these things the doctor and I noticed but until it was to late . I had the puppy 3 days and she passed away from a virus that was killing of the dogs intestine . I had a necropsy done and had the vet write up a pathology report on the puppy when it proved she (sandra/breeder) needed to provide me with another puppy like our signed contract stated, she kept lying her way out of it. Told me I could only receive another puppy if I paid half what I paid for the first one , wich was 650$ . I'M PURSUING THESE THIEVES IN COURT! I believe they knew the dog was sick the whole time. Ive learned not to buy from people like this but I want to spread the word so she cannot do this again to another family.This is her second time being reported to the ripoff report website. They lie about where they live she met me in Kalama WA ,her site said portland, OR but the Ford truck her and her daughter drove had Oregon plates she said. I truly don't want another dog from her because she does not care the health these poor puppies are in but I mainly want her to be shamed in court for this sad scams she call business. Shame on you sandra and your daughter to scam good people!! Power of the community I will spread the word and post flyers all over !!
