River Queen Resort - Suites Harassment by Management, Not allowed to have Family Visit on Vacation, Rude, Unhospitable!! abused & mistreated Bullhead City Arizona
Me and My family went to visit my sons for a vacation for 2 weeks, We did not want to stay at the Riverside Casino since we have children and we did not want them in such a atmosphere, We thought as the River Queen was also Owned by the same company we would get as good quality service like the casino/hotel has! WE WE DID NOT!
My sons were constantly Harassed by the workers there and a drunken friend of a maid that "hung" around the premisses! My sons came to visit us and were given rude comments and stares. My husband went to get coffee one morning and was made to go back to our room and to provide receipt that he was indeed staying there. The Staff was absolutely RUDE and I am disgusted in this place! This is not a place to Vacation with your children or at all!
My children werent even allowed to swin in the pool without being harassed by the management, My husband is ill and cannot be out in the sun! So we had our oldest who resides in Bullheadcity, watch our boys! NOT IN THE POOL! He was then told to leave or security would remove HIM!
Bottom line is if you want quality service, a place with quality Management and a family atmosphere DO NOT go to this place! I am disgusted to say I stayed 2 weeks but moving to another motel was out of the question they would not give our money back! My sons who reside in Bullhead city were RAN OFF by managment and employees! Treated like common trash I would never reccomend this place to anyone!
