River Valley Credit Union Illegally Repossessed My Vehicle West Carrolton, Ohio
River Valley Illegally repossessed my vehicle. I was in bankruptcy. My payments were up to date. They acted without a court order or anything a repossess my car. I had to hire an attorney to get my car back which I did, but the damages caused exceed $5000, including legal fees. They have refused to do anything to correct.
