He's nice until he receives your money and then he treats you like dirt. He steals your money, doesn't complete the job he was paid for and threatens you with police. You are one of the few! I had the same problem with this guy. He had the nerve to rip off my mother, who is in her late 60's. Once he get's your money, that's it! Just because he has a B rating doesn't mean anything. He is a crook and everyone in Ogdensburg knows it.
People talk and he has burnt many bridges by not paying his bills. Go to the dealer across the street. Honest, reliable and caring about their clients.

I came across this while looking for another company and would like to say I have purchased a home and am very pleased with the home and service from River View. I also checked the Better Business Beaureau report and it is a B+ rating. This company has not had a report to the BBB in past 3 years. Check it yourself!
