 I purchased a used jeep from Riverfrount for $11,000 on a warm day. First cool day the car would not start ( It has now cost me $5,000 to replace the defective parts that were on the car when they sold it) Service said, "The reason your car will not start is because every glow plug is burned out" ( It is a diesel so needs them when cold) "You said it had a 3000 mile 3 month bumper-to-bumper warranty when I bought it, it is well within that, so no problem" "We checked, those parts are not under warranty. Worse, one of the plugs has not been changed in so long it is rusted into the head. We will have to pull the head The controler has never been updated -- will not work with the new plugs. Both block heaters are burned out as well." The car is running now. But it took them five (5) weeks and cost me $5,000 dollars to do it. It was only eleven thousand dollar car to start with
