Complaint Review: Riverglenn apartment fort collins

Maintenance don't do a great job at fixing any problems, so any issue usually comes back up after a couple weeks. People dont clean after their pets so very stinking also see alot cigarettes every where dont have place to put cigarettes outside ash tray.  I asked manager if she can talk to people to stop throwing cigarettes right on my front door nothing happened still see pile of cigarettes. I also asked manager can some body go clean off dog poops in entrance to my apartment nobody hasnt clean up still smell very badly every day. Dont listen to customer dont do any maintenance outside or inside and no rules about smoking or no rules about cleaning after your pet. Dont go to this place wanted healthy and clean apartment go to some where else.
