Mike Grandquist is the owner of Riverside Kitchens. He contracted with my builder, RCI Development, to do cabinets in my home and others in the neighborhood.
Photos were provided of what custom items were to look like.
Finished results were very poor quality, do not match the photos at all, and actual parts are missing.
Missing shelves, pullouts that are jammed in place, LARGE gaps between vanity counter and wall (2"+), wood coming apart, island splitting up corner.
When confronted with these items & was told over and over when he'd come for repairs and would never show up. I was always told missing items were "on order", etc. When asked why the range hood does not match the photo I provided he revealed he does not own the tool to do the job. His next words were yelled "Shut up, its close enough". We will be in court with him soon as well as some of the other contracts in the neighborhood who have had similar problems.
