Total nightmare. Once our bank info was in their hands they promptly made multiple bogus charges that have never been recovered. We had to close our bank account to stop this activity and as a registered government contractor we had to go through the process and expense of changing all banking info with multiple contracting entities. Because of our location we could not use their equipment and never completed a single transaction. When we returned the equipment they reported us to collection agencies demanding that we pay an early termination fee for an account that was never activated. To add insult to injury their sales department called today, almost a year later to offer us another promotional "deal".
