The ORCHARD HILLS APARTMENTS located in Richland Washington are a 100% affordable apartments under the tax credit laws. The PMC RIVERSTONE RESIDENTIAL GROUP are not following the IRS tax credit laws and they are getting away with this and the Washington State Housing Finance Commission who is suppose to be investigating for fraud will not do anything to help the tenants get the correct rent based on the HUD Rent charts that are established for this property.

I lived there for almost 3 years as of March 2012 they have stole almost $9,000 from not restricting the rent and they got allwoed a $55.00 rent increase by the CORRUPT local KENNEWICK HOUSING AUTHPORITY both parties are currently being sued by myself in US Federal court and let us all hope the IRS report I made to the IRS gets handled and these dirt bags go to jail and have to refunbd the money to the IRS and the rest of us tenants they stole from.

The Judge rules on April 25th 2012 please people if you are reading this send positive vibes for Truth and Honesty for what is left of it here in America is truly small...Peace

 I would like to see what the court decision was that this complaintant spoke of, or a follow up of some kind if it has yet to be decided.  Thank you.
