I signed an 18 month contract 3 months ago, now they are closing giving us the only option of going to golds gym. I went to the gym, its further away, it smelled like BO and its crowded with poor options for cardio and weight machines.
I just want my money back prorated. They wont return phone calls and are never available to talk to when I go there (multiple times) One lady gave me an 800 number, and those people told me the gym needs to refund you since it was a prepaid contract.
