Riviera Mobile Home Park in Las Vegas and lakeshore mhc Florida took money from a disabled indviual, lied about the condition and lied about pictures. Las vegas Nevada
I am a disabled indviual and had purchased a mobile home in las vegas nevada. I saw th 4 pictures on their website for the mobile home I wanted to purchase, and asked for more pictures. The company sent me more pictures but did their best to hide the damage in the photos.
After the sale of the mobile home I drove 1200 miles to my new home. After walking in the trailer I saw damage every where from water, mold, electrical issues whiched ruined my laptop, no ac, sulfer coming out of all the pipes, no drinkable water, corrsion on water heater, water damage on the bathroom floor which they tried to cover up with cheap stick on flooring even thou the listing said new wood floors.
I imeddianlt contacted the seller of the property and was put on the back burner. I purchased this property on the 4th of the month and arrived on the 18th of that month. After reading nevead law on repiars everything should have been fixed within 48 hours after the sale of the mobile home, which nothing was.
I begain to express my unhappiness with the trailer and wanted to talk to the manager, she kept sending a mantiance man down to do her work for her. She only showing up at the trailer once, telling me i would no be recieving any money becuase I didn't like my Vegas expriance. I was floored. This had nothing to do with Las vegas this had to do with the experiance I hade with the company.
She lied to her boss about this situation to save her own job before this she was a wedding planer and worked for nordstrom. After qouting to her Nevada law about the sale of the property and what was their responsabilty, another manager said I don't understand why we can fix it for your, And I responded your are already in breach of contract, she said this 3 times to me and yet again you are in breach of contract I responded.
I was then told they need to contact their boss to see what is needed to be done on their part. For 5 days I stayed in that tin can with no drinkable water my dogs where getting sick and the electrical was frizting out, blowing my laptop which I watched tv on. The day before I lft I found out that a AC unit was suppose to be installed as well, which It never was. I then took pivtures of everythin inside and out. and told them I am no longer stay there.
They told me I was responsable for lot rent and I told them they can keep my $5000 and the trailer I just wanted out of lot rent which is $500, I then told them something needs to be done. about this. I pawned most of my belongings to get money to go back to washington state, and now I live in my small truck with no money or house. At this point it is better then the trailer.
It is th 4/28/16 nd still no reply from them or their lawyers. I am at my witts end and I am having a hard time coming up with reason to move forward in life.
STAY AWAY from this company.

I just received a rebuttal from one of the managers from Lakeshore Inc which manages The Riviera Mobile Home Park in Las Vegas and owned by Lakeshore Inc, and it appears that she has falsified more information and is trying to defame what has happen just to save a company that is constantly going down hill. The information on this manager was found on linkedin.com which is a public site and by typing in her name I found her past and present work history which she put on the internet herself another error she has made by not remembering her attention to detail and her own organizational process. When something is added to the internet is becomes everyone's business.
The rental application contained separate last names as well as age, weight, gender, and names of both animals. All where accepted by this organization and a federal back ground was given on both tenets which we both past. In addition I feel that comments made by this manager, regarding my mental or physical well being are boarding slander comments, as this manager is not a doctor, has no qualifications or documentation to support such a statement.

This story has been falsly reported by someone who had buyers remorse after purchasing a Mobil Home sight unseen from another state. The story is that he contacted the office I worked in and wanted to purchase a home which he even had pics of and knew which one they wanted. I was a little leary of having him buy something sight unseen and asked that someone look at it to make sure it was what they really wanted. He declined that and said they were excited to move to LV and it would be fine for just him and his wife which was another lie as they were not married. They also brought 2 largeeeeeeeee dogs that they never mentioned to us at all.
The company did do work on the home before they got to LV and when they moved in they were disappointed with their purchase. There was a water heater issue that was discovered after they moved in also as no one had lived in the home for a long while but it seemed ok when we tested it. There were window units that had to be installed too and when the maintenance man went to the home with his work order he was turned away saying they would not allow him to do any work which we all thought strange as we were holding off putting in the AC units for fear of theft before the owneres actually moved in. He was also told we had the part to fix the water heater and because he complained about the toilet we had a new toilet to install also but he refused that too.
In his statement he mentioned electrical issues in the home but it was a mobil home built in the 60's which had older electric and not capable of handling new modern high tech appliances. Nothing in this home was covered up as he stated it is an old home which they were told. The water on the bathroom floor was why we offered to put in the new toilet because with use it showed up the seal was old but the toilet flushed when we tested it. They refused that too.
I personally went to talk to them at the home on severeal occasions but they only answered once. I also had many conversations with them on the phone trying to get them to let us do the repairs to try to make them happy but was screamed at and cursed at and told I was a liar for putting them a uninhabitable home which was not the case at all. They actually told us it was not even the same home that was advertised on the internet. The difference was that we replaced an unstable porch with new handcrafted decking steps with a smaller porch area that was up to code and not a porch that was a prevous owners work that was not up to code and unstable. And if there was mold in that house we never saw it.
They also came to our office days later threatening us and asked for their money back which the company did refund even though it took some time. He has stated that I lied to my boss which I never did. I and my coworker were on a conference call with 2 regional managers and explained the situation in detail. He chooses to see a different side which he is entilitled to. He is a mentally unstable person and made nasty comments to me and other ladies in the office because he was unhappy and knew he made a mistake. He is not handicaped physically which he makes people believe. They did leave after that to go back to where they came from and he called me again severeal time at the office and on my personal cell phone carrying on about the company and what was taking so long to get his money.
He has also mentioned my personal background in his report that came from my resume which is none of his business. My experience over the years is my business and I had expereience from pervious jobs doing what I was doing. I am not sure where he got my personal information which is scarry too. I do not work for this company any longer for personal reasons and I do not want my information bandied around the internet because some nut thinks it is ok.
