Complaint Review: Riviera Pools AZ

Riviera Pools, Avoid like the plague Posted on 07-07-2008 by Pearce's (1 Reviews) It's July 7th as I write this review, I would not recommend Riviera Pools to anyone! Its been 7 weeks (I was told 35 days) The poor customer service, out of 25 calls made,( never once answered) and only 15 returned ,usually the next day. Being told by the owner of the company that I was whining like a girl, about the sub standard quality, the deck looks horrible with ripples and ridges (A serious trip hazard) Was not built to the plan filed with the city, the steps don't even match the drawings, the tile, is missing color on probably 30 tiles and instead of not using the defect tile they leave perfectly good tiles laying around . Now the really bad part is, as I'm looking out my back door I find a employee of Riviera Pools is finishing the tile work with his 5-7 yr old daughter /helper, looking closer I see, being held out over the empty pool by her arm, from top of the waterfall( 15 ft. drop) A toddler in diapers, maybe 15 mos. old. Imagine the liability not to mention the safety of these children being on a work site. I have great pictures of the baby girl being held out over my empty pool. Of the daughter working in the pool, And of both running around the empty pool. Do yourself a favor find any other co. check out their record with the Better Business Bureau , Board of contractors ,Riviera pools has a poor rating with the Better Business Bureau , gee go figure.

Cons: poor quality, lack of customer service, degrading comments from owner.
