Now we know for sure that it was you who had posted the original post by the name of Seema Salim. US Realty filed for bankrupty after finding out that they have over 30 cases against them. Anyone can call IDFPR and get that information. IDFPR private investigator by the name of Robert Waskis has all the information and he is postive that Marcel and Margarita will reveal their where abouts in the near future. Thats when they will get arrested.

First, the good news:  The court entered judgments against US Realty, Inc. today in all of your cases.  US Realty was served via the Secretary of State and I sent them multiple notices, but they never showed up or replied in any way.  Consequently, the judge entered judgments for the maximum amounts I was seeking, plus court costs.  The judgment amount entered in each particular case corresponds to the amount requested in Count III of each of your complaints.  So, we do have valid judgments.  After 30 days, these judgments become pretty firm and can only be challenged for valid legal reasons.

I will not give you all the details. if you are smart, call me, you have my cell number. Settle out of court and I will withdrawl my case against you and your wife. PLus against Medinah C Trust. I am willing to work with you and just get my commission paid.  Be smart and think before you and your wife gets arrested.

I have to deeply apologize for misunderstanding and problems I have created. I worked for US Realty since 2006 (for over 4 years) and have always been paid on time and as agreed. I signed the Office Policy contract where I agreed that if there were any issues with the real estate contracts I filled out or work I performed, an attorney and an auditor would review them. As everyone knows, attorney fees can be very, very high. I did not bother to read the contract I signed. I also did not know that the Office Policy was required by law.

I did not realize that US Realty was trying to help me because for each one of my mistakes I could be fined $25,000 by IDFPR. I also did not know that US Realty was told by attorney Craig Capilla (who previously worked for the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation) to consistently enforce all the contracts. US Realty had no choice, but to enforce the Office Policy and other contracts. Perhaps this was an ill advice by this attorney, but it was not US Realty’s fault. All US Realty tried to do is adhere to the legal requirements. They trusted Craig Capilla to create and approve contracts that would make everyone’s life better. Craig Capilla was also leading everyone to believe that he was working on the contracts to improve them further, when indeed he was not. He even billed US Realty for speaking with people that deny ever speaking with him. When issues started coming up he conveniently excused himself. Perhaps Craig Capilla needs to be reported to the Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission and sued for legal malpractice and all misfortune he had helped create by his incompetence and negligence.  

Instead of appreciating things at US Realty, I was selfish and decided to get even because that is what I was taught growing up muslim. Instead of doing things right I wish I read the contract and adhered to it instead of just writing angry and racist emails and comments all over the Internet. I did not realize that with each posting, I write I create a footprint that can be traced back to me and I might have to answer for it one day. I have also done many other wrong things that I am just ashamed to admit. Now, I have jeopardized my future as a real estate broker and SAP consultant and the future of many other agents and their clients. The commission money is gone now and it went to attorneys and auditors. As a child growing up in Pakistan, I have always dreamed to live in a better place, but now I feel as I failed. I have been ugly towards the people that were kind to me. I am afraid now that people will hate me for what I did. I am very sorry for what everything I have done. Rizwan Sultanally

I dont know anyone by the name of Seema Salim. I am pretty sure this is Marcel Sadus of US Realty. I used to work for him as a real estate agent until he ripped me off and kept my commission. Marcel Sadus was the managing broker at US Realty and his wife Margerita Sadus was the owner. After the closing, he stopped all communication and did not pay me for the commission. Later I had found out that there are over 20 other agents how he had ripped off. Currently there are over 30 cases against him. Marcel, please find a way to resolve this issue before you and your wife get arrested. Marcel, one day God will catch up to you. You have stolen over $400,000.00 of several people's hard earned money.
