Complaint Review: RJ Stayton-Smith

RJ Stayton-Smith and Richard Tatum took $20,000.00 as an investment in Bexar Technologies, a company producing educational products, the prime example being "Bubba Blox".  We were shown an example of this product, which was in production at the time and promised revenue from this investment within 6 months.  RJ insisted that the money be wired to him, and after receiving it, he disappeared, and refuses to refund our money.  They are both hiding out in Pahoa, HI, ripping off more people with "Hawaii Discount Smart Cards"
