What happed to me is real. My opionions are my own.

RJ, Wall purporting that "they" are the owner(s) of a property situated at 1349 Market Street, Jacksonville Florida 32205 (Historic Distrcit of Springfield), leases a portion of the building to us with the postal address of 1347 Market Street as a fully equipped operational restaurant. Cleanup and equipment must still be performed and is documented in the lease agreement. (lots of verbal promises made also in front of witnesses.)

During the cleanup phase, all workers get fired.

On queries as to delay, everything gets pushed back one week because of electrical contractor not being able to comply or having a full schedule.

The second week, secretary states that RJ's dad is ill. He uses either his mother or father as an excuse not to return phone calls.

The owner on record at COJ for the property situated 1349 Market Street, does not return calls or letters requesting contact information. The owner lives 50 foot diagonally from the building.

In my opinion (instinct warns me) the owner of the building is perhaps involved in this scam based on the following suppositions:
No activity in a building that has been rented or leased by you for an extended period
    of  time should raise questions.
Overgrowth surrounding your property should also have been noted.

Based on other reports it would appear that the laywer will not be succesfull in the recovery process. Reports can also be filed at the FBI clearing house WWW.IC3.GOV

In this incident the following MO's were employed:
Internet - Craigslist was used to offer a deal.
Sublease - Without the right to sub lease.
Wire Transfers - Request to wire transfer money after signing of contracts

End of report.
