I am a quadriplegic. One morning I awoke to find a weight set from Fingerhut on my doorstep1 that I did not order.

I contacted Fingerhut and they told me that I would have to pay for returning the item. I checked into it, and I was going to have to ship it by freight truck.

This was going to cost me around $600.00. I had seen the weight set in Fingerhut's catalog, and it was only around $110.00.

I could not afford to send the item back and they refused to pick it up. There is no way that I can physically use a weight set, because I have no use of my hands.

For the last five years I have been getting bills from RJM Acquisitions Funding LLC. They have been hounding me for payment of $207.62.

They "allegedly" bought my account from Fingerhut. Since I never had an account with Fingerhut to begin with, I don't see how this is possible.

I think that Fingerhut sends merchandise unsolicited, and then will not take it back. Then RJM Acquisitions allegedly buys the account and makes you pay more money, and they get the difference.

I think this is a scheme that has been going on for a long time between Fingerhut and RJM Acquisitions.
