Complaint Review: RJM Acquisitions

RJM Acquisitions LLC are not thorough with updating their accounts. My husband received a bill at his old address stating that he had a charged off account from Charter One Bank. On May 8th 2006, we paid the account off giving him the ability to open a new account at any bank.

RJM were the ones who faxed the documentation proving that his debt was paid in full. Yet and still, we have recently received a bill in the mail stating that his debt is still active at RJM. Are they lazy or just plain unprofessional? I just want them to update my husbands account.
