RJV Funding, RJV Fresh Start, RJV Financial Services RJV Financial or RJV Modifications failed to complete the services they claimed to handle. They took the money, but did not deliver. Can't get a hold of them. We want our refund of $3900. This needs to be shut down. Tracy, California
RJV finanacial services should be shut down and requeired to reimburse the many people they have scammed.
They claim to do a service and yet do nothing. Take your money and paperwork, send some of it in to the bank and forget about it. You pay a large fee which goes to the rjv financial attorney, Thomas Reed. Who then does nothing on your behalf. After 5 months not seeing action, and being told by RJV don't make payments to your lender thru this time, and remember it takes a while. All bad information.
We contacted several times thru out and got no answers, phone just kept ringing. sometimes a recording (we lefts lots of messages). Finally one day we spoke to a Al Munese. Who said he would look into it. Now a woman begin to submit paperwork and now the bank said its all denied due to date delinquency. All the original staff are apparently gone. This all stinks of fraudulent conduct. We then informed this woman that we want our money back, because we need to put into our mortgage now. We were told "it's not thru us" and "you paid the attorney, he has to refund you." We can't even get thru to this attorney. We leave messages on a recording and for 4 weeks not, not one answer from the attorney. We fell back to this woman Tulu Moala and she said "the attorney is supposed to be cutting the check". Again, this was 4 weeks ago.
This company needs to be shut down and held accountable for the wronged service they are providing. A 100% guarantee is, just that, a 100% guarantee refund. Where is it????
