Somebody should launch a class action suit against these companies. These companies are run and operated, in my opinion, by a bunch of crooks. I definitely will be one to come forth. I'm sure others will come forth also. I will continue to look out on tv and newspaper for a class action suit filed against them. Potentially you will buy a car from them that will not last one year. They overcharge for cars and you're stuck with the car if it breaks down. Don't even mention the service contract or 30 day warranty. That's a joke. They just include additional charges to make more money on one sale. I am convinced that they know the cars they sell may not last for a year. That should say something right there. I have read and heard other stories from customers who have similar stories.
I hope someone will file a class action suit against them. The car I bought had engine and mechanical problems that they tried to cover up. I tried to get work done on it to no avail. The word is around town that they, RK Chevrolet/Family Motors, have done this to many people for years; they have a bad reputation around town. They do not have a good reputation around town. They tell you that you are able to build credit when you buy cars from Family Motors. That's a lie. You can only build credit when you are making monthly installments and it is reported to the 3 bureaus each month. They don't report it to the credit bureau. They have been known to be misleading about pulling credit reports. I have heard around town that many people have been scammed by Family Motors/RK Chevrolet for years. Don't trust any of them.

We are human and make mistakes sometime, but we are more than willing to correct a wrong and make it up to you.

Why are you waiting for SOMEONE ELSE to do the heavy lifting? If you have a legitimate case against them you should have no trouble finding an attorney to represent you to sue them. There is no need to wait for someone else to file a class action. You should know that in a class action, the class plaintiffs receive a pittance for their losses.
You would receive substantial damages from them in court if you actually have a case against them. Go for it.
