BEWARE!!! Russ is a very crude, unscrupulous business man. He destroyed a perfectly good, automatic Swiss watch! He charged me $250+ to supposedly clean my watch.
When I got home, screws were missing from the back and the self-winding feature no longer worked. When confronting him, he threatened to call the police if I did not leave the store, nothing about trying to fix the watch or being a good human being.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT! UNLESS IT IS A SIMPLE BATTERY SWAP, DON'T TRUST THIS GUY!!!
