RKR - MMG -Cydcor Ripoff cult-like People Dishonest Misleading Bullsh** people DO NOT TRUST THEM NO MATTER WHAT!! PLEASE BELIEVE ME!! Metairie Louisiana
Okay here it goes. My fiancee was just a tad shady when I came home from my first day and could'nt answer any of his questions but, I assured him I would have more answers for him the next day. Well, of course I didn't.
You see I didn't even apply or send my resume to these people they contacted me through monster.com. I went on the basic 10 minute interview with some man named Russel(supposedly) and basically all he was doing was making sure I was a nice young pretty girl and was eager to make money. Then before I even got home from that interview I had an email from Linda who was supposed to be with this company. Yet she emails me saying they found my resume on monster and they want me to schedule a interview. Hmmm fishy.
I should have never went back but I did and I was introduced to my "Leader" who was going to be interviewing me as I chauffer her around because she is not from here plus she doesn't even have a car but, she's making so much money on commission that she doesn't have to worry about benefits or being reimburrsed for gas or food etc.
See what they don't tell you is you spend 8 hours outside in the heat it's like 95 degrees here and you hop around business to business aggravating people who don't have the time and have already had the same type of company there 1 month ago. What they do tell you is you are expected to be there at 7am and stay till 7pm or later then when you finally go home you are expected to read paper work and study your product (I was doing Bell South) and this all is without being paid sallary.
I decided that I wasn't even going to show up on the third day but, I got a phone call from my "leader" convincing me to go into the "atmosphere" and discuss my doubts and she claimed that she knew exactally what I was going through and she and the "Owner" drew out a pyramid scheme and compared themselves and tried to convience me that they are not one.
I explained to them that I am used to a salary and I depend on making my salary to pay my bills, the "Owner" said he was still making only commission and he is 27 and plans to be retired by 35 yet he lives with three of the other MMG employees in a crappy apartment complex in a very bad area in the city. hmmmm.
After talking to them and being told that I would be getting 100% of the bills or Apps that day, I decided to give it one more shot. While we were out I put my "leader" on the spot asking her to pay for gas considering we were using my car, she hesitated then offered me lunch instead but I noticed she called to check her back account before she used her card. I also found out that all of them that came from Virginia which is about 10 people all live in the same crappy complex as the "Owner".
I could write a book on this cult-like company. The pacet you receieve calls the office "Atmosphere" and says there is to be no negativity while there. They put loud music on and clap as though they are trying to make it to where you can't have any conversation one on one at any time. There even is a dress requirement saying women are expected to wear suits or a long kneen length skirt with a jacket and you must always where your jacket in "atmosphere" plus you are not allowed to wear anything sleeveless period. IT'S 98%! They even go down to the toes they are to be neatly peddicured yet you don't get paid $30 to get that done. It even says that while you are in atmosphere you are not allowed to sit down, lean, or show any sign of being worn out you are expected to be hyped up for the next 2 extra hours you spend there after being out for 8 hours in the heat!
Hopefully by now you get my point. Don't let yourself or anyone you know fall for this crap!!
