RL Services Ray Lopez AC Install at apartment complex, they stole, didn't finish the work and were drunk/high at 7am! Fort Worth, Texas
I hired Ray Lopez (RL Services) On the advice of a buddy of mine to help with a big job I had installing AC units in a new apartment complex. I was a little short on cash so I went with his offer which was lower than other bids I received. Mistake #1. You get what you paid for. When we met for the first time I thought it was a joke. He looks like he was 16, 3 foot nothing, 100 lbs soaking wet.
Now I've smoked a little pot in the 70's so I know that his bloodshot eyes weren't from pulling an all nighter. I should've gotten rid of them right then but I was running short on time to get the job finished.
They got to work installing, and everything seemed fine until I checked their work. I don't know how he got his license because almost every unit was installed wrong. AC work is pretty straight forward, there is only one way to do it. This idiot must've smoked himself stupid because he couldn't tell his @$$hole from a drain pipe.
After being confronted and claiming it was my fault due to bad instructions him and his crew left, claiming they would be back the following day to correct the work.
The next day they never showed. Coils were missing along with a large amount of copper fittings/pipe were taken. For those who don't know, copper pipes and wire are a favorite of drug addicts and degenerates to steal because they fetch a pretty penny at scrap yards.
The day after that they came back, red-eyed and claiming ignorance for the missing equipment. I have asked around different shops about them and come to find out they have a reputation for poor work. I am still trying to get them to fess up and make whole what they have taken from me. I finally got the job finished, over budget and past the scheduled due date.
Be warned about Raymond Lopez and RL Services. They are druggie theives who seem to not know a thing about AC repair. It's my fault for not checking them out closer before contracting them out for work but at least I can help other HVAC companies from making the same mistake I did.

First off, this is a false report with many false accusations about RL Services. For those of you reading, I apologize on behalf of RL Services that you have to read such negative and derogatory statements about Raymond Lopez's appearance and services as it is not true by any means, not to mention unprofessional coming from someone who claims they are also a business owner.
Some facts to point out here - if RL Services was a referral by a friend of the writer of this complaint - that truly means they get the job done accurately and efficiently; otherwise, RL Services wouldn't have been a referral for such a BIG job that they couldn't handle.
As a business owner, you take pride in your company and the experience each of your customers have and that is RL Services' primary goal in each and every job that they perform.
Raymond/RL Services has been in the Air Conditioning Installation Industry for quite some time and would NEVER depend on anyone's instructions to get a job done. So when the writer of this complaint states that RL Services performed poorly due to his bad instructions is truly a false statement.
It is with GREAT insult that this business owner would claim that RL Services has stolen any object - whether it be a piece of paper to a copper pipe. It is very important that anyone that works for RL Services, including Raymond Lopez, peform with professionalsm, dignity and great pride in every job they perform. Should, for any reason, an employee of RL Services act as described in the complaint will be disciplined - up to and including immediate termination. Again, this is a false statement.
Last but not least, because this is a false report written by an anonymous writer I would like to ask the audience that is reading this complaint to PLEASE ignore this report and allow RL Services to prove that they are not the company that is described in this report. As mentioned above, they take great pride in their work and will do everything to make each of its customers satisfied and that is why they are one of the air conditioning companies with the lowest prices.
