RLA failed to return my payment after cancellation Aubrey Texas

I ordered a magazine, Baseball Digest, from a door-to-door salesman on 11-26-08. After he left, I checked the internet and discovered I could get it cheaper online. I debated whether to cancel the check or request cancellation from the company. On 11-27-08, I filled out the card and mailed it to the address on the back of my receipt #241860. My check was paid by my bank on 12/1/08, however to date, I have not recd my refund.

Since I've already sent the card back, what else do i have to do to get my refund? I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt, but from other posts, it doesn't sound like I'm going to get it. Please check your records and get back to me? THank you,
