Complaint Review: RLA Inc.

Corey P. came to a neighbors door selling magazine subscriptions. He was in school and this helped so I went to my neighbors and agreed to buy one. It was a Nickelodeon subscription,2 years, $50.00 I believe. I wrote a check out. It was cashed soon after. This was August 16, 2008 I ordered this.

On August 17th, I realized I have a magazine like this and decided to cancel. On the back of my customer copy were instructions on how I can cancel this transaction. I followed the directions and sent it out. It says once the check has been cashed, and it was, you will get a refund by company check.No word, no refund, no magazine either.

Months passed. I wrote to the company. Again, no word, no refund, no magazine! It is now about a week and a half before the "120-160 days for delivery" is up and I have nothing from this company. I will NEVER by anything from someone that is doing this in my neighborhood again.This company leaves no number and no website to contact them.I should've known.

I've seen one other rip off report so I'm hoping I can get throught to someone.This company I believe is also known as Kenmore Sales, Taylor Chandler, RLA Inc.
