rma collection agency,while making arangements with credit agency to deal with this debt they took a payment without my autherization.
i gave them account information but withheld my approval, so i could discuss it with my credit councilor, who told me not to make the payment. they said call on friday to let us know what you are doing, so i did. i told them not to proced. they didnt have my permission. they took the payment anyway.
when i tried to speak to the person again they said he is longer with the company. we have spent 3 hours on the phone and they are still giving us the run around
