I was recently informed by a colleague that my name was listed on this site. I think these sites are highly important to keep people informed. However, there has to be some form of validation. Without verification, people will use these sites for less than honorable purposes. I believe that this is the case for the entries regarding my name. First, I highly doubt that anyone that was a client of RMC, or any of their employees wrote these messages. For one, RMC was not in business during these intended messages. I certainly was not even an employee at that time. My tenure ended long before these dates. If you notice, many people have addresses outside of Colorado. That is a sign of a bogus article since RMC only dealt with individuals within Colorado. I am not going to get into any of the debates in these posts since they are based on misinformation. If anyone would like further information or discuss these items in person, my door is always open. I can be reached at vansicklem@comcast.net Please know that I would like to deal with these items like professionals. I do not believe I deserve these unjust and unsubstantiated accusations. It unfairly has an effect on my professional and family life. I would appreciate everyones understanding. Thank you, Mark Van Sickle

Jennifer is not lying - RMC is a total scam

Every positive report on this company is a lie and posted by Mark and the staff at RMC.  They invite people in for an interview and inflate your worth and then explain that they coach and assist people for placement.  We were told that we were worth 100K and when Suzanne was sending us listings for jobs, the salaries averaged $45K.  The resume writing was pathetic and totally unprofessional.  $5000 is a lot to spend when you are unemployed for nothing.

Prior to Suzanne, they had a guy that was a fake Dr. who was scamming people. See posts from last year.

We offered Mark Van Sickle the opportunity to refund the monies or provide the promised services, but he was never able to deliver.  In fact, he never responded to the emails or the complaints.

Don't be fooled - Save the money and find a job through a national recruiting service.

I must say the first response by RMC International is pretty entertaining. Did they actually look in their records for "Jennifer" in "Highlands Ranch"? Assuming they're telling the truth and it wasn't just a sloppy cut and paste and insert names into the blanks, they just admitted to not having a single Jennifer in Highlands Ranch. How small of an operation would RMC International have to be to somehow not have a single Jennifer -- Jennifer Smith, Jennifer McDoogan, Jennifer Vitalli, Jennifer whatever -- . from an affluent, primarily Caucasian "city" of 90,000? The odds of not having a single one are pretty slim. So either a canned response or it's pretty likely they haven't worked with many people in the Denver area.

Personally I'll go with neither of those. It wasn't just a canned response, it was thought out to be written in a way to let us forget that RMCI doesn't know the persons name nor details and thus can not actually claim that they have never had that person in the office. That is, to imply the complaint is a hoax.

I won't say that RMCI is a hoax. I would suggest some people to ask a few basic questions of them :

a) How much?
b) What is the average time it takes for placement?
c) What companies do they work with?
d) What are 5 competitors to RCMI? What prices do they charge?
e) Are they a member of the better business bureau?
f) Do they have any pending lawsuits?

... get the picture? Decide for yourself.

I have met this man and the set-up is exactly as described by Jennifer, Highlands Ranch, Colorado, with one exception I had a wake up call before I got sucked in. After a pleasant interview with Mr Van Sickle, I was requested to fill out a lengthy personal profile and at the end of this form was a section for my wife to fill out, this made my wife suspicious, and being the sort of woman who wants to know all the facts started to look RMC International up on line for answers. To our surprise to find so many negative reports and Scams by this company, I emailed Mr. Van Sickle for his comments about what I had found, he did not reply and refused to take any of my calls. Based on the information I found and the reaction from RMC International I feel the Attorney Generals Office should investigate this organization.
