RMCB - Bookspan West Product Turned over to collection agency despite meeting obligations of book club Elmsford New York
I was a member of the Insightout Book Club through Bookspan West Product. I met the purchase obligations of my membership, and was still turned over to collections (RMCB) by the company.
Their email listed on their website does not work, and the phone number of the collection agency is an endless spiderweb of recorded options.
I am unable to find a phone number on the web for the book club, and they did not return my letter I included in my last incorrect bill from them.
