I'm Solo owner T.B.B.K. Construction Co. Contract bid proposal for Building Pad/Septic Layout, for $28,700.00, including Surveyor, Soil Engineer, Building Permit, Septic Permit. at singing the contract, paying $10,500.00, for Surveyor Paid 5,000.00 the Surveyor did not finish the jobs.

the Contractor lied to me that was finish, the Grading Contractor, start to remove the Vegetation from the wrong property, He did not option any permits. for 70/71 Oak Creek Dr, Lakeside, CA. 92040, Grading Violation, {vacant Parcel} Date of Warning 4/24/2019 SASE # PDS2019-ENFGCO-000094

The Contractor taking Advantage abuse this regard, of me because I'm 70 years old Disabled Man, moved to empty parcel land, living under the ten in the rain cold Hopeless Homeless citizen.
